At the TLB, our biggest goal is to serve our fun-loving, loyal girls. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to ensure we exceed your expectations.
Reasons you should contact us:
1. If there seems to be an error in your order confirmation email.
2. If you think that you've received a defective item please be sure to contact within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
3. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order.
4. If you having glowing review of one of our team members.
5. If you have found a meme or GIF and you have to share because it is that good.
Here is a simple run-down of the policies for returns:
- Items can be returned for refund within 7 days of purchase. Before 14 days, items can be returned for store credit and issued in the form of a "credit card". After 14 days we are not required to accept a returned item.
- For online purchases: all returns must be received within 14 days* of the date that we ship out your order for a full refund.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a SALE price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn with tags still attached.
- For online orders: Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless of an "oops!" on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our store, although we try to prime everything we do.
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 14 day window.
*Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
Store Credit Policy
- Store credit is can be used for up to 60 days, after 60 days your credit expires.
- Products purchased with store credit are FINAL SALE.
- Store credit can only be used at the store you originally returned an item to.
- For store "credit cards" to be valid it must be in credit binder.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! The three birds are always trying to beat prime, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once the order processes (usually within 1 business day) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Just contact us at theTLBBoutique@gmail.com immediately and we will add your item to the order and get you squared away. Just be sure to include item description in your email and maybe a funny joke if you have time :)
