TLB Return Policy
At the TLB, our biggest goal is to serve our fun-loving, loyal girls. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we will do everything we can to ensure we exceed your expectations.
Here is a simple run-down of the policies for returns:
* For IN STORE purchases: Items must be returned to the store of the original purchase. Returns within 7 days are eligible for a refund. We will accept returns up to 14 days where store credit will be issued, AFTER 14 days we are NOT required to return the item.
For in store Local Pick up (within. six miles of the stores): The in store refund policy is in effect from the date you received your ready for pick up email. If you do not pick up your order within 4 days of your ready for pick up email, it becomes exchange only (until the 14 day exchange policy is up) NO REFUNDS.
For online mailed purchases: all returns must be received within 14 days* of the date that the order was shipped. We will not accept any returns after 14 days. All online returns mailed back or brought in store will have the shipping cost deducted from the return.
Anything purchased at a SALE price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Special Orders are allowed to be returned for store credit.Store credit can be used for up to 60 days, after 60 days your credit expires.
Products purchased with store credit merchandise cards are FINAL SALE.
Store credit can be used at ANY STORE.
For store "merchant cards" to be valid they must be presented at time of payment.
- We will only accept 6 returns per calendar year. If there is more than 6, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% per item returned.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a SALE price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn with tags still attached which is decided by store employee.
- For online orders: Include your name in the package with the item you wish to return.
- Except for an instance where an exchange is possible, we will NOT provide a return label.
- Please allow our team 1-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our store, although we try to prime everything we do.
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 14 day window.
*Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
Reasons you should contact us:
1. If there seems to be an error in your order confirmation email.
2. If you think that you've received a defective item please be sure to contact within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
3. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order.
4. If you having glowing review of one of our team members.
5. If you have found a meme or GIF and you have to share because it is that good.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! The three birds are always trying to beat prime, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once the order processes (usually within 1 business day) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Just contact us at Thetlbboutique@gmail.com immediately and we will add your item to the order and get you squared away. Just be sure to include item description in your email and maybe a funny joke if you have time :)
Orders placed before 4pm on business days ship out same day. All standard shipping (3-5 business days) is FREE. Premium shipping is available at your cost.
